£495 builds a website of up to five pages from your own content and photos, made to work well on a phone, with a contact form or call button, and sets up your domain. £39 a month covers hosting, security certificate, backups and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month, such as text, photos or opening hours. Cancel with one month's notice; you keep your domain and get a copy of your site's files.
Practical AI tools are separately scoped and quoted.

I’m a software developer based in Twickenham. I build the website, work through the details with you and help with the practical tools behind it. You speak directly to the person doing the work.
The concept is free. If you proceed, we agree scope and you pay 50% to start. The remaining 50% is due after staging approval, before launch.
Who owns the website and domain?
You own the website and the domain stays in your name. Access, handover and any third-party services are agreed in writing before you pay.
What does £39 a month include?
Hosting, security certificate, backups and up to 30 minutes of small changes each month (text, photos, opening hours). Cancel with one month's notice. You keep your domain and get a copy of your site's files.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Small changes are included in the monthly fee, up to 30 minutes a month. Bigger changes, new pages and AI tools are quoted before any work starts.
Do I need a new website to ask about a tool?
No. If your website works well, we can start with a specific admin task. Tools are quoted separately.
How does the AI demo handle information?
It accepts fixed sample options only. The provider writes a draft for you to check. It cannot send messages or access a mailbox. If generation is unavailable, you see a labelled saved example. Read the privacy notice.
